Little Baguio

Over all project accomplishment for Tower 4 is 45%


Tower 4 - Concreting work is substantially complete. On-going works includes pre-cast wall installation, roughing-ins of electric pipes, pipe sleeving works for plumbing and fire protection lines, and installation of exhaust duct riser and civil works such as formworks, scaffolding and rebar installation.


Tower 1 - Excavation works are substantially complete.






Cambridge Village

Over all projects accomplishments for Cluster 1- 28 is 79.55%


Cluster 21 - Turnover of units is on progress.


Cluster 22 and 23 - Preparation of units for turnover at lower levels is now on-going


Cluster 24 - Topped-off already


Cluster 25 & 26 - Started concreting works


Cluster 27-35 - Foundation works is on-going

Manhattan Parkway Residences

Overall project accomplishment is 77.70%


All towers are topped-off already at roof deck.


Tower 1 - On-going works includes electrical wiring and devices installation of plumbing fixtures, kitchen cabinets and lavatory counter top and punch listing on some of architectural finishing works.


Tower 2 - Installation of kitchen cabinets and lavatory counter top is on-going


Tower 2 and 3 - on-going works includes electrical wiring and roughing-ins, storm, sanitary, and waterline pipe laying, installation of exhaust duct riser, elevator works and installation of aluminum window frames and glass, and cladding works water proofing and tile works.


Tower 3 - Interior plastering


All Towers - painting and punchlisting for masonry works are also in progress. 




Manhattan Garden City - Parkview
Overall project accomplishment is 25.50%


Tower 1 and 2 - Concreting at some parts of basements and podium levels is on progress. On-going works includes roughing-ins and pipe sleeving for electrical and plumbing , CHB laying, plastering and civil works such as formworks, scaffolding, rebar installation.


Tower - Topped-off already


Tower 2 - Concreting works is on-going at 27/F level


Tower 3 Concreting work is on-going at basement level.
